Introduction

These Terms and Conditions ("Agreement", "Terms") govern the relationship between p200m ("the Platform", "we", "us", "our") and any individual ("User", "Player", "you", "your") who registers an account, accesses, browses, or uses the services available at p200m.buzz (the "Website") and any associated mobile-optimised interfaces.

By registering an account, making a deposit, placing a wager, or otherwise using any part of the p200m platform, you acknowledge that you have read these Terms in their entirety, that you understand them, and that you agree to be legally bound by them. If you do not accept these Terms, you must not use the p200m platform.

These Terms are effective as of the Last Updated date shown above. p200m reserves the right to update or amend these Terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated to registered users via the email address associated with their account and/or through a prominent notice on the Website. Continued use of the platform following notification of any changes constitutes your acceptance of those changes.

Definitions

For the purposes of these Terms, the following definitions apply:

Account Eligibility

To register and maintain an account on p200m, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility requirements at the time of registration and on a continuing basis for as long as you hold an active account:

• You must be aged 21 years or older. p200m enforces this requirement strictly and requires identity verification documents confirming your date of birth. Underage gambling is illegal and will result in immediate account closure and forfeiture of any balance held.
• You must be accessing p200m as a natural person — corporate, trust, or business accounts are not permitted.
• You must not be a current employee, director, officer, contractor, or immediate family member of an employee of p200m or any of its affiliated entities.
• You must not be accessing the platform from a jurisdiction where doing so is explicitly prohibited by applicable law. You are solely responsible for determining whether your use of the platform is lawful in your jurisdiction.
• You must not have been previously excluded from p200m under a self-exclusion or forced exclusion order that remains in effect.
• You must not be acting under duress or at the direction of a third party. Gambling with funds that are not your own is strictly prohibited.

p200m reserves the right to request proof of eligibility at any time, including during the withdrawal process. Failure to provide satisfactory documentation within a reasonable timeframe may result in account suspension.

Registration & KYC Verification

To register an account on p200m, you must provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date information. This includes your full legal name, date of birth, email address, and Malaysian phone number. You must not provide false, misleading, or inaccurate registration information under any circumstances.

4.1 One Account Policy

Each User is permitted to hold one (1) Account on p200m only. The maintenance of multiple accounts by the same individual — whether using different email addresses, different identities, or different payment methods — constitutes a serious breach of these Terms and will result in the immediate closure of all associated accounts and the forfeiture of any balances therein. p200m employs technical and procedural measures to detect multi-accounting.

4.2 Identity Verification

p200m is required to verify the identity of all Users as part of its KYC obligations. You may be required to submit one or more of the following documents:

• A copy of your Malaysian Identity Card (MyKad) — front and back;
• A copy of a valid passport;
• Proof of address (utility bill or bank statement dated within 3 months, showing your name and Malaysian address);
• Proof of payment method ownership (e.g., a screenshot of your Touch 'n Go eWallet account details or a bank statement).

p200m processes all submitted identity documents securely and in accordance with our Privacy Policy. Documents are used solely for verification purposes and are stored only for as long as legally required.

4.3 Account Security

You are solely responsible for the security of your account credentials, including your username and password. p200m strongly recommends enabling two-factor authentication (2FA). You must notify p200m's support team immediately if you suspect that your account credentials have been compromised. p200m accepts no liability for losses arising from your failure to maintain the security of your login credentials.

Deposits & Payment Methods

p200m accepts deposits via the following payment methods, which are subject to change at our discretion:

• Touch 'n Go eWallet
• Boost eWallet
• GrabPay
• DuitNow and FPX bank transfers (Maybank, CIMB, Public Bank, Hong Leong Bank, and other participating Malaysian banks)
• Visa and Mastercard debit/credit cards
• Cryptocurrencies: Bitcoin (BTC), Ethereum (ETH), Tether (USDT), Litecoin (LTC)

The minimum deposit amount is MYR 30 unless otherwise specified for a particular payment method or promotional offer. Deposits are credited to your account balance in real time upon confirmation from the payment provider. p200m does not charge fees for standard deposits, though your bank or payment provider may apply their own transaction charges.

All deposits must originate from a payment method registered in your own name. Third-party deposits are strictly prohibited. p200m reserves the right to return deposits to source and suspend the associated account if a third-party deposit is detected.

Withdrawals

Withdrawal requests may only be made to a payment method held in the same name as the registered p200m account. The minimum withdrawal amount is MYR 50. Withdrawals are processed subject to the following conditions:

• Your account must have completed full KYC verification before any withdrawal is processed.
• Any applicable wagering requirements on Bonus Funds must be met in full before the bonus-derived portion of your balance becomes eligible for withdrawal.
• p200m processes withdrawal requests within approximately 5 minutes for standard DuitNow and FPX transactions during business banking hours. Processing times for cryptocurrency withdrawals and card withdrawals may vary and are subject to third-party network conditions.
• p200m may impose withdrawal limits on accounts that are under active review for suspected fraud, money laundering, or bonus abuse. In such cases, the affected User will be notified and provided with a reasonable opportunity to provide clarifying documentation.

p200m reserves the right to conduct enhanced due diligence on withdrawal requests exceeding MYR 10,000 in a 30-day period. This may require the submission of additional identity or source-of-funds documentation. Cooperation with such requests is mandatory and failure to cooperate may result in the suspension of withdrawal processing.

Bonuses & Promotions

p200m offers various promotional bonuses including, but not limited to, welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, cashback offers, free spins, and cryptocurrency deposit bonuses. All promotions are subject to the following general terms in addition to any promotion-specific terms and conditions:

7.1 General Bonus Terms

• Bonuses are intended for individual personal use only. One bonus per household, IP address, device, email address, and payment method applies.
• All bonus offers require the User to opt in where indicated. Automatic crediting of bonuses is noted on individual promotion pages.
• The standard wagering requirement for p200m welcome bonuses is 30x the bonus amount, unless a specific promotion states otherwise. Wagering requirements must be met within 30 calendar days of the bonus being credited, failing which the bonus and any associated winnings will be forfeited.
• Games may contribute differently to wagering requirements. Slot games typically contribute 100%; live table games and sports bets may contribute at a reduced rate. Specific contribution rates are published on individual promotion pages.
• Maximum bet limits apply when using Bonus Funds. Placing bets that exceed the applicable maximum per-bet limit while bonus wagering requirements are outstanding may result in the forfeiture of the bonus and associated winnings.

7.2 Cryptocurrency Bonus

An additional 2% bonus on the deposited amount, up to a maximum of MYR 688 per calendar month, is credited automatically to accounts that deposit using a supported cryptocurrency. This bonus is subject to the standard 30x wagering requirement. The 2% crypto bonus is not combinable with other deposit bonuses unless explicitly stated.

7.3 Bonus Abuse

p200m actively monitors for patterns of bonus abuse, including but not limited to: low-risk wagering strategies designed to clear wagering requirements with minimal risk exposure; coordinated multi-account exploitation of promotional offers; and repetitive claim patterns across related accounts. p200m reserves the right to void bonuses, void associated winnings, and close accounts where bonus abuse is confirmed.

Betting & Gaming Rules

All bets and wagers placed on p200m are subject to the specific rules applicable to each game or market type, which are displayed within the game or market interface. In the event of a conflict between a general rule and a game-specific rule, the game-specific rule shall prevail.

8.1 Sportsbook

All sports bets are settled in accordance with the official result of the relevant sporting event as determined by the relevant governing body. For Liga Super Malaysia, EPL, UEFA, and other football competitions, official results from the competition's governing body are used. For UFC events, the result announced by the UFC at the time of the official decision is final. p200m reserves the right to void bets in the event of manifest errors in odds pricing or in the event that an event is cancelled or abandoned before completion.

8.2 Casino & Live Dealer Games

All casino games offered on p200m use certified Random Number Generator (RNG) technology independently tested for fairness. p200m does not manipulate game outcomes. In the event of a game malfunction, affected bets will be voided and stakes returned to the player's balance. Winnings resulting from a malfunction are not payable.

8.3 Bet Limits

Minimum and maximum bet limits are displayed within each game and market. p200m reserves the right to adjust betting limits for individual accounts based on risk management criteria without prior notice.

Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the p200m platform and will result in immediate account suspension and potentially permanent termination, as well as the forfeiture of any balances associated with accounts found to have engaged in such conduct:

• Registering more than one account;
• Providing false or misleading registration or identity information;
• Using the platform if you are under 21 years of age;
• Using the platform on behalf of a third party or allowing a third party to use your account;
• Using software, bots, scripts, or other automated tools to interact with the platform in an unauthorised manner;
• Exploiting bugs, errors, or technical malfunctions for financial gain and failing to report them to p200m;
• Engaging in any form of money laundering, match fixing, or fraudulent activity;
• Colluding with other players to gain an unfair advantage in any game or betting market;
• Depositing or transacting using stolen, unauthorised, or fraudulently obtained payment instruments;
• Engaging in conduct that is threatening, abusive, or harassing toward p200m staff or other users.

Account Suspension & Termination

p200m may suspend or terminate a User's account at any time, with or without prior notice, in the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms;
• Confirmed identity fraud or misrepresentation;
• Confirmed underage gambling;
• Multi-accounting;
• Confirmed bonus abuse;
• Confirmed money laundering or suspected financial crime;
• At the User's own request (voluntary account closure);
• Following a confirmed self-exclusion request by the User under the Responsible Gambling program.

Upon termination for cause (i.e., resulting from a breach of these Terms), p200m reserves the right to retain any balance in the terminated account where that balance is derived from fraudulent or prohibited activity. Where an account is terminated for reasons unrelated to User misconduct (e.g., voluntary closure or regulatory requirement), any verified real-money balance will be returned to the User via their registered payment method within a reasonable timeframe.

Responsible Gambling

p200m is committed to promoting responsible gambling among its users. We provide a range of tools and resources to help players manage their gambling activity:

• Deposit Limits: Users may set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limits via their account settings. Reductions take effect immediately; increases are subject to a 24-hour cooling-off period.
• Session Time Reminders: Users may configure session length reminders within their account settings to encourage regular breaks during play.
• Cooling-Off Period: Users may request a temporary suspension of their account for a period of 24 hours, 7 days, or 30 days by contacting support.
• Self-Exclusion: Users who wish to stop gambling may request a permanent self-exclusion. Once applied, self-exclusion cannot be reversed during the agreed exclusion period. Contact our support team to initiate this process.

Privacy & Data Protection

p200m collects, processes, and stores personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which forms part of these Terms by reference. By accepting these Terms, you also accept the terms of the Privacy Policy.

p200m collects personal data for the purposes of account registration, identity verification, fraud prevention, service improvement, and — where you have given consent — marketing communications. We do not sell your personal data to unaffiliated third parties. Data is shared only with service providers necessary for platform operation (e.g., KYC verification partners, payment processors) under strict confidentiality obligations.

You have the right to request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal data held by p200m, subject to our legal retention obligations. To exercise these rights, contact us at the email address provided in Section 17.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, p200m, its directors, officers, employees, and affiliates shall not be liable for:

• Any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the p200m platform, even if p200m has been advised of the possibility of such damages;
• Any losses arising from service interruptions, system downtime, or technical malfunctions beyond p200m's reasonable control;
• Any losses arising from your failure to comply with these Terms, including losses resulting from account suspension or termination for cause;
• Any losses arising from the actions of third-party payment providers, including delays or failures in deposit or withdrawal processing;
• Any losses arising from your reliance on odds, market data, or game results displayed on the platform where those displays result from a technical error.

Nothing in these Terms shall operate to exclude or limit liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud, or fraudulent misrepresentation, or any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable law.

Intellectual Property

All content on the p200m platform — including but not limited to the p200m brand name and logo, website design, software, game interfaces, text, graphics, and data — is the exclusive intellectual property of p200m or its licensed content providers, and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the platform for personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes only. You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works from, or exploit any part of the platform's content without the prior written consent of p200m.

Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which p200m holds its operating licence. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms that cannot be resolved through good-faith negotiation between the parties shall be referred to binding arbitration in accordance with the rules of a recognised international arbitration body as designated by p200m.

Nothing in this clause shall prevent either party from seeking urgent injunctive or other equitable relief from a court of competent jurisdiction where necessary to prevent irreparable harm.

Amendments to These Terms

p200m reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time. When we make material changes, we will notify registered Users via the email address associated with their account and/or through a prominent notice displayed on the Website. The revised Terms will take effect 14 days after notification, or immediately if required by law or regulator.

If you object to any amendment, you must cease using the platform and may request account closure before the effective date of the change. Continued use of the platform after the effective date constitutes acceptance of the amended Terms.
